Mask Reminder

This is a device that should be placed around your masks that is closest to the exit door at your home. It starts flashing red lights when you pass by in order to remind you to wear your mask. Since coronavirus is very severe now in Taiwan, this device will be very helpful for people who forgets their mask frequently.

Supplies

1. Arduino Leonardo*1

2. Breadboard*1

3. 5mm Red LED*1

4. 100 Ohm Resistor*2

5. Jumper Cables*7 (3 long ones, 4 short ones)

6. Photoresistance*1

7. USB elongation*1

8. Tape and scissors

9. Cardboard made box (other material are expectable too as long as it covers the breadboard)

10. Color Pencil

Connecting the Following Circuit

1.Connect the 7 Jumper Cables

2. Connect the 2 Ohm Resistors

3. Connect the Photoresistance

4. Connect the LED lightbulb

1. Find a cardboard made box (other kind of boxes are acceptable too) that fits the boards.

2. Tape all the loosed parts together to make it tight and will not easily fall.

3. Tape the whole box with colored tape or other tape that you like to make the device looks better.

4. Color the box with pictures you like or pictures of masks, pictures or slogan related to coronavirus, in order to remind you better.

As seen in the video, when the person passed by the device, it started to flash red lights, which reminded the person to put on the mask.
