This is a simple 3 inch cookie cutter made on Autodesk inventor.
Making the Shape

First I established the shape of how large I wanted the cookie. After that I offset the size by 0.38 inches to create the needed shape without cutting too much of the shape.
Extruding It Out

After extruding it by one inch, I repeated the process of retracing my beginning sketch outer layer and offsetting it. After that I extruded it into the shape without cutting into the previous extrusion.
