- 1 Package of Oreos (around 16oz)
- 8 oz of Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbs Amaretto (optional)
- Parchment Paper
- Baking Tray
- Cake Pop Sticks
- Chocolate Candy Melts
- Green Jelly Beans
- Toothpicks
- Foam Block or Cake Pop Stand
- Edible Glitter (Optional)
Combine Ingredients and Shape Into Cones
Grind the Oreos into crumbs with a food processor.
Combine them with the cream cheese and Amaretto if you're using it.
Shape into cones onto parchment paper on a pan.
Then place the lollipop sticks into them.
If they're too wet to shape, place the mixture into the fridge for a little bit. After shaping, put them into the fridge to completely firm up.
Assemble Garnish
Poke the toothpicks through the green jelly beans. This will make the olive garnish.
Dip in Candy Melts
Melt the candy melts and dip the formed oreo pops into them. Make sure to dip part way down the lollipop stick so it shapes the stem of the glass.
Stick the toothpick with the jelly bean into the top at an angle.
For extra decoration, dust with the edible glitter.
Then stick them into a foam block or cake pop stand to set.
