Marshmallow Muffins
Hi there! These muffins were a staple when I was growing up. They are a super quick and easy alternative to cinnamon rolls and using a marshmallow in the center creates a no fail gooey center. I love how these muffins always turn out great! You really can't mess them up.
Supplies
You will need:
- 1/4 C Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 8 Marshmallows
- 1 Can refrigerated crescent roll dough
You will also need:
- 8 Muffin tin liners
- A baking tray
- Nonstick cooking spray
Prepare the Marshmallows
- First preheat your oven to 350F or 180C
- Melt the butter in a microwave until it is liquid
- Then in a separate small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar together
- Roll the marshmallows in the butter and then in the cinnamon and sugar until completely coated
Wrap the Marshmallow
- Wrap the marshmallows in the refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Pinch the seams to seal it
- Then roll each wrapped marshmallow in the remaining cinnamon and sugar

I like having mine with strawberries and whipped cream.
