Marrow Bones

Nothing starts a decadent meal like roasted marrow bones. Simple to prepare, attractive on a plate, and sure to wow your guests, I hope you like these as much as I do.
Ingredients:
- 6 marrow bones
- Himalayan salt, to taste
- Rainbow tellicherry pepper, to taste

- 2 small stainless steel bakers
- Demitasse spoons, for serving

Prepare


Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line 2 small steel bakers with aluminum foil. Wash and pat marrrow bones dry and place in bakers.
Season and Bake


Season the tops of the marrow bones liberally with salt and pepper. Some people like to add lemon and capers at this stage, but I find that using a really good salt and pepper brings out the best flavor.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Plate with something crusty and demitasse spoons for spreading.
