I can't bake, there I said it haha, so I wanted to make a pie that didn't involve baking because I can't be the only one out there. So I made a margarita pie, yes! A margarita pie. It's as good as it sounds my friends. You can either make it virgin or you can spice it up with just a little tequila.

With just a few ingredients you can make a delicious bake free Margarita Pie. Enjoy and be safe!

Ingredients

CRUST:
1 cup or graham cracker crumbs (~12 squares)
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 cup frozen (thawed) margarita mix concentrate

FILLING:
1 pint (2 cups) lime sherbet, softened
1/3 cup frozen (thawed) margarita mix concentrate
3 tablespoons of tequila, if desired
2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt, softened

I used a 9 inch glass pie plate

First you need to crush up your crackers. Once that is set, in a small bowl, mix the crumbs and powdered sugar. Then stir in 1.4 cup margarita mix until the mix is crumbly.

Then press the mixture firmly against the bottom of the glass pie plate.

In a large bowl, mix the sherbert, 1/3 cup of margarita mix and if desired the tequila. Then gently mix in the frozen yogurt.

Once the mixture is ready spoon it onto the crust and spread it evenly.

Then you're going to have to cover the pie and freeze it for 4 to 6 hours or until it firms up.

ENJOY!
