Here is a very simple, cheap and easy way to make maple syrup and bacon lollipops. I have seen these before but most recently by yoyomax12  These will take less then 30 minutes and taste so so good. Enjoy

What You Will Need

There is not much to these recipe.

You'll need the following:

1 1/2 - 2 cups of maple syrup (depending on how many you would like to make)
Bacon
Cinnamon
vegetable spray
lollipop mold (resistant to high temperatures) DO NOT USE SILICON
Lollipop sticks

Large pot and a candy thermometer

Cook Some Bacon

Enough said. Make sure its crispy and dried from grease. Break it up in to small pieces

I always cook more then I need (I tend to eat 3 pieces for everyone I  need) I love Bacon.

Heat Up That Syrup

Place your maple syrup in a large sauce pan (it will boil up) and turn the heat to medium high. Place the candy thermometer on the side.

It will take about 15 minutes, but once it reaches 300 degrees F take it of the stove and let sit for about 30 seconds. If you do not have a candy thermometer you can do the water test. Drop a small bit of hot syrup in a glass of water, if the syrup turns into a little ball you are ready to go.

You can also add a pinch or two of cinnamon to enhance the taste.

Be Quick...

After about 30 seconds pour some of the syrup in to a grease lollipop mold. Place a couple pieces of bacon and the lollipop stick and pour the rest of the syrup in. Let it sit for about 20 minutes or till hard.

If you syrup has hardened, just put it in the Microwave for about 20 second and you will be good to go again.

Enjoy

That's it folks, as simple as that. You could eat them right away or add some icing sugar (stops them from sticking) and place in the fridge or wrap them in little baggies.

I hope you have enjoyed this Instructable.
