Mango Stuffed Ice Cream

Everyone loves Mango and ice cream and also the mango flavored ice cream, but there will be something special when the mango and Ice cream mixed together.

This Mango stuffed ice cream will be a enjoyable frozen treat for each and every person. Kids will be more attracted to this ice cream.

Mango itself has a sweet taste, when it added with ice cream it will be at a heavenly taste. My little sister loved this recipe and she wanted me to make this again.

This stuffing of the ice cream can be made with other fruits also. Truly its a satisfying recipe to make. The ice cream will be more creamier and smooth in texture.

Try this at your home and enjoy this frozen treat with your friends and family.

SUPPLIES

Milk - 1 litre

Sugar - 1/3 cup

Mango (fully ripened)

Nuts (optional)

Tutti frutti (optional)

Cardamom powder (optional)

Chop Chop

Finely chop the almonds or any nuts you need to add.

Preparing the Mango

Cut the top of the mango and save it for later.

Use knife and gently cut out the seed area.

Use a spoon or hand for twisting the seed and take out the seed.

Place the mango in a glass, Close the top and freeze it for 30 minutes.

Preparing Ice Cream

Boil the milk in a medium flame.

Let it boil and reduce to 1/3 of the milk. Meanwhile scrap off the cream from the sides and add to the milk.

Adding Sugar

Reduce the milk to this stage.

At this stage add the sugar to the milk and let it boil for some more time.

Adding Nuts

At this stage the milk will become thick in consistency and reduced to 1/3.

Add the cardamom powder and nuts. Boil it for another 2 minutes and turn off the flame.

Let the Ice cream mixture cool down for a while.

NOTE: You can also use any kind of flavors and nuts.

Add the ice cream to the mango.

Close the top and freeze it for 6 hours.

Final Step

After 6 hours take out the ice cream.

Peel off the skin from the mango.

Use a sharp knife and slice it. Garnish it with some nuts and serve chilled.
