Mango Salsa

I made a simple, delicious, sweet & spicy Mango Salsa.
Supplies
Mango
Red Onion
Jalapeño
Cilantro
Lime juice
Measuring cup and spoons
Knife and cutting board.
Mango Season

Right now I have mangos everywhere. They are in season this time of year in South Florida.
My wife very rarely eats them unless I make salsa, so here we are.
This is a recipe I found that is simple and easy to make without any machines.
You will need
1 1/2 cups Mango chopped small 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubes.
1/2 Jalapeño diced small (more if you like it spicy)
2 Tablespoons of chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup fresh minced Cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and you're done.
Tropical Addition That Is Great With Seafood

I used my salsa over rice with fried shrimp but you could add it to all kinds of seafood.
I really like blackened Mahi Mahi so I will be adding my next batch to that.
This will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
