Mango Pineapple Fruit Cubes

A fruit snack is the best, healthy, tasty, and refreshing. Mango Pineapple Fruit Cubes are great for cooling off the midday heat or throwback a few after a spicy meal. Easy to prepare in just 6 simple steps and ready in 35 minutes.
Supplies
Ingredients:
2 Mango's
1 Pineapple
Syrup
Tools:
Blender
Knife
Ice Tray
Peel and Slice

We first need to wash the mango and pineapple before peeling the skin off. Once peeled, cut the mango and pineapple into small pieces.
Blend

Add the mango and pineapple slices into the blender with half a cup of water. Blend until smooth.
Add to Ice Tray

Pour out the mixture into an ice tray, 2/3 the way to the top.
Set Layer

Allow the mixture to set in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Add Syrup

After the first layer of the mixture has set, fill the remaining 1/3 of the ice tray with syrup. I used sorrel syrup but feel free to use your preferred flavor. Place the ice tray back in the freezer for 15 minutes or until fully frozen through.
Serve

Once the mixture has frozen through, the cubes are removed from the freezer and served. Hope you enjoy the great taste and frozen flavors
