Mango Ice Cream
Mangoes are delight for summer. To add more sweetness, here is mango ice cream with just two ingredients. I have made this ice cream four times previously and this dessert is a must try food. Take time to make this delicacy and have fun in this hot summer.
Supplies
To make this delight, we need just two ingredients
- Two fully ripened Mangoes
- CONDENSED MILK
The most important part of in this is, the mangoes must be fully ripened. The more ripe the more sweetness and merry.
Beat the Ingredients
In this step, beat or mix the mangoes and condensed milk together to a creamy texture. We we beat them together, you will see that the mixture is light yellow in colour. To have a vibrant yellow colour I have seen people add yellow food color. But, I prefer the natural food look of the ice cream. The most important part in this is to never add water. Coz, the form crystal when freezing. SO NO WATER.

Store Them
In this step, fill them in popsicle mold or store them in an air tight container. Freeze them until they are completely frozen (minimum they take 8 to 12 hours).

Serve Them Right
They are now ready and have a taste of this ultimate delicacy. To add more taste, serve them with chocolate syrup and nuts. They give an added sweetness and crunch while eating nuts!!
