  • 1 cup of cream (depends on how many layers you want)

Cut your mangoes into roughly shaped cubes. It doesn't have to be perfect.

Mix the cream and the condensed milk in a bowl.

If you want to have 4 or more layers than suggest to have 2-3 cups of cream and condensed milk.

Lay 4 or 5 rows of your graham crackers on the bottom of the container.

Add your cut mangoes, try to scatter them around so they are not bunch up in one spot.

Then spread your mix of cream and condensed milk on the first layer of graham crackers.

Don't use all the mix because you'll have more than one layer.

Repeat this step, except lay the layers on top of each other.

The Topping

For the final step you will end up with a bare layer of graham crackers. It doesn't look complete, don't you think so?To make this beautiful start with pounding the graham crackers into something like bread crumbs.Make quite a lot of that because you will have to cover the whole surface of the "cake". Hopefully you'll have some leftover mix of cream and condensed milk. With that spread it out on the top most layer of graham crackers. Then on top of that sprinkle your crush graham crackers on top of the spread.Make sure to cover the whole top of the "cake".

Now you just have to put it into the fridge for at least 4-5 hours.

TADA! YOU NOW HAVE THE AMAZING MANGO FLOAT!

Now you can satisfy your hunger for something cold, sweet, and yummy.

Note: You can modify this recipe if you want it to be less sweet use half a cup less of condensed milk. If you want more cream then add half a cup more of cream.
