Mango- Berry Popsicle

This is a very easy to make icecream that can be made with different fruits and also be eaten as a sorbet.

Materials and Ingredients

250 g of chopped frozen mango

250 g of frozen red berries (strawberrie, rasberry, cherry)

you can also use other frozen fruits

200 g suger

200 ml water

a pan

kitchen machine or smoothy machine

popsicle set

Making Sugar Water

add your suger and water together and heat untill it cooks and the sugar is dissolved, keep stirring during the heating.

remove the pan from the fire and let it cool for half an hour

Blending the Fruit

Add the frozen mango and half of the sugar water together

use a kitchen machine/ blender or smoothy maker to blend the sugarwater and mango

If the fruit is frozen enough you should now have a sorbet like ice cream and can be eaten if you are to impatient to wait for the popsicles

repeat the steps for the frozen red berries and the rest of the sugar water

eat now or proceed further for popsicles

Add the Layers

get your popsicle set and start adding the fruitwater in layers.

add your sticks to finish the popsicle and put in the freezer for atleast 8 hours
