Malt Vinegar Substitute

Have you got a dish of fries to eat but no malt vinegar? This is a passable (IMO) substitute.

Ingredients

-1/4 cup cider vinegar
-1/8 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Dish of French fries, cooked whichever way you prefer
