Mal and Evie From Descendants Wall Art
Video link below, for some reason video link above doesn't work on mobile. I'm new to instructables so I might be doing something wrong.

In this video I make two different pieces of wall art. These two icons represent the characters, “Mal” and “Evie” from the movie “Descendants”. My daughter asked me to make her something for her room so I used stencils that I had already made for t-shirts to make these two pieces. I also tried using the Elmer’s spray adhesive to see if I could get a better line from the stencil and less overspray. With this adhesive you can use it for a permanent bond or temporary bond depending on how long you let it sit on the bonding surface. If you spray the adhesive and bond it to something right away it’s supposed to be permanent. If you wait a few minutes it gets tacky like a post it note but stickier. It seemed to work okay except for the purple paint I used, it seemed like the purple paint caused the glue to separate. It might be user error but I’m not sure.
The important thing is my daughter liked them so I call that a success. If I were to make these again or something similar with such small details I would just make a one time stencil out of blue masking tape. I’ve had pretty good success with that in the past I just wanted to see if I could use the spray adhesive in this manner.
Thanks for watching. I hope you all like this video and perhaps this will inspire you or encourage you to try and make some wall art for yourself.
