Making Homemade Apple Cider
Apples, cut with seeds, shaving & skin.
1 clean jar weights to hold the apple solution down.
Use a cheese cloth or paper towel.
Fill the jar with apples leave about 3 inches open at the top.
Cover apples with water still leaving 3 inches from the top.
Cover the top with paper towel or cheese cloth.
Put in a warm dry place for 6 months.
Filter through a cheese cloth into another clean jar or bottle.
Cover & let it sit for 6 weeks.
Transfer into a clean container and you have vinegar.
Stir once a week.
