Makey Makey Valorant Soundboard
The Valorant Soundboard will Utilise the conductivity of a coin and aluminum foil too allow a circuit to be formed and make the program run a sound.
Supplies
- Cardboard box
- Coins
- Knife
- Glue
- Tape
- Paper
- Printer
- Aluminum Foil
Box Setup
Simply open one part of you cardboard box and have it face up right so that it is longer facing up than side to side.
Aluminum Foil and Coin
- Place the coin on an area of aluminum foil that is around 4x4
- Fold foil over the coin and twist until the foil is thin
- Repeat step 4 Times
Holes
- Using your knife cut a hole through each flap that is touching the ground.
- This will be where you place your Aluminum foil coins so make sure the hole is tight.
- Place each coin in the hole and glue it in place.
- The Makey Makey will be in the hollow part of the box and will connect to the ends of Tinfoil to complete circuit.
Bonus Steps
If you want to make your project look special you can wrap colored paper around the box and put images corraliting to each sound that is played.
Coding- Sprites
There should be 4 Button sprites and 4 images correlating with each button for sound queues. The last 4 sprites should be Image Sprites that will pop up responding to the circuit and each sound played.
Code for Button
The buttons should be set in place off of start and hide when the sounds are playing. They should also if clicked Broadcast a message and play a sound.
Code for Button Image
The Button image should have a code that will hide it when it receives any message and also have a makey makey code that if the arrow representing its sound is clicked it should make a sound.
Code for Pop Up Images
The Pop up images should be hidden unless it receives a broadcast from the Button image. It should pop up only when its button is clicked.
