The Meikor Studio at Zhengzhou University of Light Industry was founded in 2014 by Li Yihao, one of our school's "National Ten Thousand Outstanding Innovation and Entrepreneurship Guides". Our current research directions cover medical devices, soft robots, five-axis numerical control machine tool equipment development, 3D printing, artificial intelligence, robots, big data, the Internet of Things, and new energy.

The Xinglan Smart Patrol project, based on advanced Hisilicon StarFlash technology, has raised the efficiency and intelligence level of cable inspection to a whole new level. This project ensures real-time and multi-task processing capabilities during inspection by providing high reliability and low-latency data transmission. In complex environments, the system can ensure data stability, significantly extending the endurance of the vehicle, thereby responding to various emergencies. These technical advantages enable inspection work to no longer be limited by traditional methods, greatly reducing manpower input and improving work safety.

This innovative project marks the entry of cable management into a new era, driving the industry towards more efficient and intelligent development, meeting the needs of modern management. As technology continues to advance, Xinglan Smart Patrol will create more convenience for users and enhance the overall efficiency and quality of cable inspection.

Before starting the entire project development, first gather all the parts of the car, then assemble the car parts according to the assembly instructions. During the assembly process, many screws and studs will be used. Choose a suitable screwdriver will greatly improve the assembly efficiency. Finally, check whether there are missing screws and incorrect polarity of DuPont wires to prevent the circuit board and components from burning out.

进行整个项目开发之前,首先将小车的各个配件整理完毕,接着将小车各个部分按照组装说明完成装配,在装配过程中会用到很多螺丝、螺柱,尽量选一把合适的螺丝刀会大大提高装配效率,最终装配完成后进行检查是否有漏装的螺丝和正负极接错的杜邦线,防止出现电路板、元器件烧坏的情况。

As an inspection trolley, it is very important to be able to perceive and collect environmental information, so the trolley is equipped with various sensors, the temperature and humidity sensor AHT20 can obtain the temperature and humidity information of the environment in real time, the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 can capture the position distance information to monitor whether there is an obstacle ahead, and a OLED screen is installed on the trolley, which can intuitively observe all kinds of environmental data collected by the sensor on the screen, helping us to obtain environmental information more intelligently and efficiently.

作为巡检小车,能感知和采集环境信息是至关重要的,因此小车上装载了各类传感器,温湿度传感器AHT20可以实时获取环境的温湿度信息、超声波传感器HC-SR04可以捕获位置距离信息监测前方是否有障碍,并且在小车上装载了一块OLED屏幕,可以直观地在屏幕上观察到传感器采集到的各类环境数据,帮助我们更智能高效地获取环境信息。

After the trolley is assembled and the sensor is developed, the final step begins: the drive of the trolley, first of all, the servo SG90 can be rotated by 180°, and then the ultrasonic sensor is driven to rotate and perceive the environment information in all directions.

小车组装并完成传感器的开发后,开始最后一步:小车的驱动,首先驱动舵机SG90可以进行180°的旋转,进而带动超声波传感器进行旋转,全方位地感知环境信息。
