Make Your Own Constellations

Now, first off, I just want to say, I'm not going to be astrologically accurate, because honestly, this is just for fun.

To do this activity, you will need:
An image of a night sky, either from the internet or photo
A paint tool
A huge imagination

I did the whole thing on my iPad, because I have a night sky app, a stylus and a paint app.

Find Your Image

Once you have your image, open it up in a paint tool and begin to look at the shape of the stars.

Draw!!!

Once you find stars in a nice shape, use a straight line tool (or freehand), to connect the stars to form a picture. Make sure you add details, because otherwise it is basically a big game of connect-the-dots.

Now, you can do one of two things;

The first, to step back and admire your creativity,
The second, mail your creation to NASA (they will probably ignore it)
