Make a Fab IPad/tablet Stand Using a Plate Stand and Sugru!
Want to make a really easy cheap and effective iPad/tablet stand? All you need is a large plate stand (I picked this one up for only 40p) and a small sachet of Sugru self setting rubber.
Bend the front legs of the stand outwards slightly to add a little extra stability. Add small balls of Sugru to the feet to add even more stability and make the stand non-slip.
Finish off by adding three rings of Sugru to the top of the stand. This offers a little extra protection to your iPad or tablet.
