Make a Tutorial Video From a Feature Film

Sometimes I notice a perfectly good demonstration of a process in a scene from a feature film. This video explains how to make a tutorial video from one of those scenes when you come across one.
Other examples of tutorial videos from feature films I found on youtube:
- How to Make a Dry Martini and how not to drink it (from 'Le Charme Discret de la Bourgeoisie'): http://youtu.be/00roxpI3Y7I
- How to be a Soda Jerk (from 'Has Anybody Seen My Gal'): http://youtu.be/6ob1zLUyDnI
Any other suggestions are welcome in the comments!
The scenes in this video are from: UHF (1989), Hackers (1995), Evil Dead II (1987), and Sherlock Holmes and The Secret Weapon (1943).
Sherlock Holmes and The Secret Weapon can be downloaded for free at: http://archive.org/
