Make the Back Side of Your Popsicles.

Using our free popsicle stencil found here: https://goo.gl/NPiOz6 Trace as many backs as you can onto one paper bag. We made 14 - 20 back sides. It just depends how many popsicle pairs you'll make.
Make the Front Side of the Popsicles

Fold the scrapbook paper in half with the pattern facing on the inside. Then with the white side up trace the the popsicle stencil with pencil and cut the shape out.
Glue Front and Back Sides Together.

Now that you have a front (patterned paper) and back side (paper bag) of the popsicle, it's time to glue them together. Put a popsicle stick on the paper bag back and glue the patterned scrapbook paper on top to create a sandwich effect.
Trim Popsicle Shape If Needed

If necessary, trim the edges of the popsicle that didn't line of perfectly. Repeat steps 3 & 4 until you have at least 7 pairs of popsicles.
Play Popsicle Memory!

That's it! Enjoy the game outside on a blanket or indoors.
