Find a belt clamp and a brooch. The belt clamp has screw and tiger teeth 2 versions.

Cut off the needle of brooch, and grind off some lacquer, it is easier to weld.

001 (5).jpg

Cut a very small pieces of welding wire, put it on belt clamp middle with some flux.

Burn by torch to melt the welding wire. Put the brooch on by tweezers, here please notice move the flame on firebrick, or the paint of the brooch will be broken. After 3-5 seconds, remove the torch, the brooch is welded.

Use your imagination to design what you like by any items you want. If you failed to weld the brooch, heat and remove it, then polish the belt clamp by sand paper and redo this work.

Bevel the internal and external edge.

001 (17).jpg

Rough the place to weld the tube on.

Use titanium clamp to local the tube on right place. The tube hole downside edge should align with the belt clamp’s hole top edge.

Put it on firebrick. Put a piece of welding wire on with flux, the flux is viscous liquid, so the welding wire will be glued on, and burn

Use the straighter to make process the solid brass wire, here we use 3mm one.
