Assemble the Kit:
To assemble the kit, use the label maker to print out a label for each ingredient. Measure out all of the ingredients. Place all of the ingredients except for the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and flour into the smaller ziplock bags. Then place them into coordinating muslin bags based on their size. Put the mozzarella cheese into one of the quart size ziplock bags. Fold the bag over a few times and then tape the back. Put the cheese into a muslin bag. Use the remaining quart size bags for the pizza sauce and flour. Fold the bags over and then tape the back. Use super glue to glue the stickers to the muslin bags and stick the labels on.
Place the pizza stone in the bottom of the pizza box. Next, put all of the ingredients inside the box. Put the pizza cutter inside and place the recipe on top. If you have measured all the ingredients correctly, the pizza box should close with no problem. If you find that it bulges a little, you can tape the sides.
Recipe: (special thanks to Leslie Davies for sharing her awesome quick & easy pizza dough recipe)
Dissolve sugar into 1 cup of warm water that is 110 degrees. Add yeast and stir together until mixture is really foamy.
In a food processor, add flour, oil, salt and pulse until the mixture is a fine meal. Slowly add the yeast mixture until it forms a ball. If the mixture is too sticky, add some flour and oil. Remove the dough ball and knead on a lightly floured surface about 20 times or 2-3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Lightly oil a large bowl and place the dough ball inside. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set the dough aside to rise for one hour. After an hour, the dough is ready to be rolled out. If you have some extra time, punch the dough down again and allow the dough to rise for another 45 minutes.
Place the baking stone in the preheated oven for 15 min to get it really hot
Lightly flour your work surface and using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to desired thickness. Put some cornmeal on your baking stone and carefully place the dough on top. Next add a thin layer of sauce and desired toppings.
Bake the Pizza for 15-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
