To make a PCB you could use the free and easy to use online EDA software EasyEda, I thought about making these PCBs at home but it would be very difficult so i got them made at JLCPCB. You can get 5 PCBs for $2

Solder It All Together!

Normally for SMD you would use a hot air station or a re-flow oven. So i hand soldered these. Hand soldering SMD is quite easy if you have the right tools and take your time.

The Program

I compiled the program using Spence Konde's excellent new ATTiny Core,
which now supports all the ATtiny processors and supersedes the various earlier ATtiny cores. Select the ATtinyx5 series option under the ATtiny Universal heading on the Boards menu. Then choose Timer 1 Clock: CPU, B.O.D. Disabled, ATtiny85, 8 MHz (internal) from the subsequent menus. Choose Burn Bootloader to set the fuses appropriately.

Show the Time

To show the time you press the button on the watch face, and it lights
up LEDs to show the time like the hour and minute hands on a clock. The LEDs flash to distinguish the hours and minutes, and show intermediate times.

Epoxy Resin Work

I start making the outer form using plastic sheet for epoxy resin pour. To seal up all edges I used glue. I poured the resin and hardener according to the indicated mixing ratio and mixed very very well. After that, I poured the resin into the form. This epoxy requires 24 Hours to fully cure. To clean all sides I used 80 grit sandpaper. When the job was done here I changed it to 220, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000, 2500 and finished with 3000 grit sandpaper. To bring back the shine I used thin foam and a regular automotive polishing paste. After good 20 minutes of polishing the shine is back.
