Make Lucky Butter - 10x the Taste, 20% More Luck Than Regular Butter || ButterButBetter

How often does the phrase "I should put (more) butter on this" cross your mind?

Every day at breakfast? Sometimes even at lunch? And oh those midnight butter cravings!

What would you do if I told you you could easily make your butter...better

I'm talking about the so-called ButterButBetter! (with an added optional luck boost)

A super versatile compound butter that can elevate any dish to a whole other level!

For simplicity, there's a 2min video tutorial (ingredient list in description) HERE.

Ingredients:

-1 teacup of butter

-1/2tsp of soy sauce (at least, adjust to taste)

-1/2tsp garlic powder

-1tbsp herbs (optional, but they make it super fancy)

-4 leaved clover

Of course, you may add or subtract any ingredients. I've added parsley to my butter this time, but oregano works well, as does thyme. Some people enjoy a lot more garlic powder and a lot more soy sauce. You may even try adding some salt.

Preparation:

There really is nothing to it. Leave out the butter so it softens and is easier to mix. 20min outside of the friedge should do the trick. After it's soft to the touch, mix in your herbs and spices.

For an added luck boost, add in a 4 leaved clover to the herbs.**

Remember, butter is basically fat, so added flavors will taste stronger as time goes by. For best results age it in the refrigerator overnight, if you can.

Enjoy your butter on bread, toast, baste steaks, make chicken more tender when using it to fry instead of oil...anything that comes to mind really.

My personal favorite would be adding it to pasta and trying to contain my screams of joy.

**Luck boost may vary.
