Remove the Belt Tabs and Waistband
Cut out the waistband along the bottom edge.
Cut Out the Pockets With a 5" Panel Below the Pocket and 1/2" Seam Allowance at the Top
Cut 3/8" Fringe Below the Pockets
Make Larger Fringe
Cut 12" panels from the legs and mark a 1/2" seam allowance at the top. Cut 3/8" fringe up to the seam allowance
Sew the Waistband and Pockets to the Waistband
Lay out the fringe and pockets. I overlapped the fringe with the outer edge of the pocket by 2 inches. Sew everything together at the bottom edge of the waistband.
Enjoy Your New Belt!
The back of this belt is just as stunning as the front. Be prepared for lots of compliments!
