You will need a few things.
-A watch with an internal light
-Flat head screw driver
-Dremel Tool
-Laser Pointer that has a diode with a positive and negative wire
-solding iron
-pliers

Step 2: Taking the Diode Out

Take your laser and get the diode out. The laser pointer i was using had the diode right under the top silver cap so i removed that and used my pliers to get it out. sometimes its a little hard to get out so just keep budging it little by little. The diode should have a small chip and 2 wires, one positive and one negative. Make sure those wires stay attached because you will need those.

Step 3: Opening the Watch Up

Take the watch and flip it over on its back. The watch i used only had a water proof cap on it. Depending on your watch it might be closed a different way. For example some watches have mini screws that hold the cap on so you will need a set of micro screws to get them out. Either way you will have to remove the cap off. I took it off by using the flat head screw driver to pry it off.

Step 4: Placeing the Laser Diode

Find a place on the watch so that when you are wearing it the laser beam will shine stright out. Use the Dremel tool to make a hole on the side of the watch for the laser beam. I used an attachment that looks like a little cone to grind a hole. Also use the dremel to make a snug area for the diode to fit if there isnt one already.

Step 5: Connecting the Diode

Find the connections inside the watch where the light button connects to the light inside the watch. There should be an indiction by each connection telling if its positive or negative. Take the wires of the diode and connect them to each connection on the watch using the soldering iron. Unfortunatly i forgot to take a picture of me doing this and the drilling of the whole in the step before because i was pressed on time. It was a very dumb move on my part im very sorry. If you have any trouble with it please ask although i doubt it would have helped because each watch is set up a different way.

Step 6: Finishing It

After you have soldered the connections and put them in place, All that is left to do is place the cap back on. If its a little hard, use the pliers to snap it back into place. Then put it on and try it out. This is such a cool little instructable it went perfect with my James Bond costume and it added that perfect little touch. Also its great for pranks because no one suspects the laser to come from you because all you have is a watch and no laser in hand. Enjoy!
