Magnetic Genie in a Bottle

We decided on a party them of a Magic Genie - and combined our science & art skills to make it come to life! We used a magnetic force to make our genie appear to fly around the jar! We used clay, metallic paint and gems to make embellish them! The sky is the limit with these - I bet you could figure out how to get him to rise out of the bottle using magnets! Materials: 

Paper: copy paper or card stock

Colors such as markers, pen, pencils…

2 smaller same sized magnets  Tape

One Jar with a Lid  Scissors   Glue

Extras: sticky gems, glitter 

Build the model first…. then design and let your creativity take over!
