Use the popsicle sticks to create a pathway to the finish line. Be sure that it is wide enough for your paper fastener/paper clip to slide through. Be creative with your maze! Will your maze have some tricks to it? You can choose to plan your path or make the path organically!

Glue down the popsicle sticks.

Place the paper fastener/paper clip at the start point and place the magnet underneath paper. Use the magnet to slide and maneuver the paper fastener/paper clip through the maze to the finish line! See how fast you can get through the maze, then turn it into a race by asking a friend or family member to see how fast they can get through the race!

Alternatives/Suggestions!

If you do not have a magnet you can still enjoy this activity by maneuvering the paper to slide the paper fastener/paper clip through the maze.

You can also make this activity on a bigger scale using a bigger piece of paper (or taping multiple pieces of paper together) and more popsicle sticks!
