Magic Circle/ Colorful Lamp

Hi! Today I will be showing you how to make a magic circle toy that can turn into a quick yet cute and colorful lamp!

Materials

You will need:

Origami paper (8 sheets)

Your hands!

Optional:

Colorful Finger lights

Folding

First, make your basic folds as shown in the first picture. Then, fold the paper in half and fold the edges in. After that fold the triangle edges up on both sides. It should look kind of like a fox head. Make 8 of these.

In the 2nd picture you can see that there are 2 slots. You stick the points of the other colors into the slots.Then fold down. Repeat this step for all the pieces and attach it in a circle. Now you have your magic circle. You can set it into some different ways.

Light It Up!

Put the magic circle in the perfect circle stage and then add the lights. I found the small lights at the dollar store and they came in a pack of 4.Turn the lights off and behold your colorful lamp!
