Using a 1 to 1 ratio measure out the water and canola/vegetable oil.

Add Food Coloring

Next add food coloring to the water you just measured out. How much and what color is up to you as it will vary based on how much water you have and the color you're trying to achieve.

Add Glitter (Optional)

If you will be adding glitter then now is the time to do so! Please mix the glitter into the colored water mixture you just finished making. The amount of glitter you add is up to you and how sparkly you want it.

Pour Oil and Water Into Jar

Now carefully pour the colored water mixture into your jar, then pour the canola/vegetable oil in next. After you've poured both, seal the jar with its lid.

Enjoy!
