If you like fudge but are intimidated by the complicated recipes you've found, here is a foolproof recipe. This fudge is not only easy but it's also delicious. If you take a pan of this fudge to work, not only will you be taking an empty pan home at the end of the day but your co-workers will be asking you for the recipe! Yes, it's that good..

Ingredients

You will need the following:

14 ounce can chocolate sweetened condensed milk (Yes, Chocolate!)

6 ounce bag Macadamia nut pieces for baking

11.5 or 12 ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks

1 teaspoon pure vanilla

1 teaspoon butter for greasing pan

Glass microwave safe mixing bowl

mixing spoon

9" round or square pan

Melt Chocolate

Pour the sweetened condensed milk into glass bowl, add chocolate chips. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir until chips are completely melted.

Nuts and Vanilla

Stir in the Macadamia nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Of course, you can substitute chopped pecans or walnuts if you like.

Fudge

Lightly grease pan with butter. Pour mixture into pan. Place pan in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Cut into small pieces and serve.
