INACTIVITY COMING WITH COVID-19 PERIOD
A few months ago, people were able to do their exercises and sports daily, while there was no house trap. Now we work at the tables for hours. Not moving causes joint pain. A system where we can move our feet while sitting can ease our pain.We will be able to move our feet while sitting with the Push-Pedal.

I made different sketches for the project I will do. I tried to choose the most correct one among different options.

I developed my project and drew it for the last time.I created a pedal that can also act as a foot riser and I developed two separable foot pedals.

While performing my project, I got help from my father and uncle during the assembly stage. The first wide bottom MDF parts were combined with dark side parts. We also combined the front short and back long pieces. We attached the hinge with screws to the short front part and we attached the piece to be pressed to the hinge. We put spiral springs on the bottom base. We last tightened them all together with screws. We put magnets between them to join the two separate parts later.

I got my project when the assembly process was finished. From now on I can move my feet from where I sit.
