MASON JAR SCRUBS AND SALTS

You will need large and small mason jars.

FOR SCRUBS:

Large mixing bowl

measuring spoons and cups

Oil of your choice(coconut, grape seed, olive oil, )

Essential oil or herbal teal

food coloring (optional)

whatever ingredients for the scrub you want.

I used oatmeal and honey

i also made green tea

raspberry peach

FOR SALTS:

large bowl/s

measuring cups/spoons

You will need Epson salts

oil of your choice

food coloring

essential oil or herbs and/or extracts

baking soda

There are so many online scrubs and salt recipes

Oatmeal Honey is great for winter skin!

Lavender is great to relax with.

wash however many jars you will need for your recipe

Make your labels

1 for lid 1 for jar and 1 for your gift tag or directions you tie around the lid with string

2. Glue on with glue stick. Seem to work best for me and curved surfaces

3. set aside and let Dry.

Lets do oatmeal Honey scrub

In a large bowl measure 1cup of oatmeal (grinded up in blender)

1/2 cup of honey

1cup of sugar

1/4 cup of baking soda

mix well you may need to add more sugar or oatmeal depends on what consistency you like

TAKE YOUR SCRUB AND ADD IT TO YOUR MASON JARS..THEY SHOULD LAST UP TOO 3 MONTHS.

THAT RECIPE WAS ENOUGH TO MAKE 1 LARGE MASON JAR.

1CUP EPSON SALTS

10 DROPS OF LAVENDAR ESSENTIAL OIL

1/4CUP OF OIL OF YOUR CHOICE (GRAPE SEED COCONUT, OLIVE,)

2 DROPS OF BLUE FOOD COLORING

3 DROPS OF RED FOOD COLORING

3 TABLE SPOONS OF BS BAKING SODA

SOME ROSEMARY (OPTIONAL)

SPRIGG OF LAVENDAR (OPTIONAL)

mIX ALL TOGETHER.YOU DONT WANT TO ADD TO MUCH OIL IT WILL MAKE THE SALTS MUSHY.PLAY WITH THE RECIPE AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN HAVE FUN THEY ALSO MAKE GREAT GIFTS..

DO A FEW UP AND MAKE THEM GIFT BASKETS..

THE NICE THING ABOUT THE SALTS AND SCRUBS IS THEY ARE NO DIFFICULT AND YOU CAN MAKE THEM YOUR OWN.DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH THE LABELS,GIFT TAGS,AND LIDS.
