How to Make an M80

In this instructable I will teach you how to make an extremely reliable and real M80 using the kno3 flash powder method as shown in my previous instructable. And I shouldnt have to warn fellow peers but here it is.....WARNING****Please use all safety measures and precautions when attempting to recreate instructable using dangerous products. proceed at your own risk

after you have your flash components mixed and made, it will be time to seal and make the m80 outer "shell" and insert end caps and fuses. for this step, you will need 1. m80 casings and plugs (end caps) 2. cannon fuse 3. super glue and 4. flash powder

First go ahead and super glue a plug on only one end of each of your casings inside and out to assure stability. after dried, grab a sharp toothpick like object and poke hole in center of casings and insert fuse about halfway in, glue, and dry. your casings are now ready to be filled with the good stuff :D

pretty self explanatory step here, carefully take your flash composition and pour into m80 casing. just about to the top, after filled, tap lightly on table to compress powder a bit to fit more. after full, put final plug on, super glue, light, run, and be safe!!! i hope you enjoy!! and remember my friendssssss....SAFETY FIRST!!!
