M4A3 Sherman 76mm

This is my take on making a model of a Sherman with K'nex

Front view

Neat little drive train I made, one motor directly on the wheels wasn't going to do it so I made a joint motor system that is activated trough a improvised clutch. Two small K'nex gears on the motors with space in the middle for another small gear. If you want to let it drive you pull this middle gear inbetween the two others and it will activate the front bevel gears that transmit the power to the front wheels. I made sure to make this whole drivetrain run as smooth as possible but there are some changes to be made before it will drive comfortable, some gears are slipping and the motors have a hard time getting the tank to move. The whole model is a little heavy so that could be the sole reason it isn't able to move as good as I want.
