Low Cost Way to Replace a Car Trim.

Years ago I lost the indoor trims for my car. Now I have decided to make a covering to hide the wiring I have placed that the old trims would have hidden.

Read on for my very low cost diy solution.

Cloth and Glue.

Black towel cloth and evostik glue are what I used to make the new coverings.

Cutting the Lengths Necessary.

Using a kitchen scissors I cut the shape needed to cover the pillar.

Applying the Glue and Sticking on the Cloth.

I wiped clean the area that needed to be glued and used a flathead screwdriver to apply the glue. Next I pressed in the edges of the cloth.

Completion!

In addition to the pillar I put cloth on the sealed vents and solar panel. Now the inside of my 1999 car looks a bit more presentable.
