Ok lets get started!

3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cocoa butter
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder (depends on how dark you want it)
1/4-1/2 tsp stevia (I use liquid stevia, beware it can be very overpowering so don’t use a lot)
1 tsp cream (optional)
•melt the butter and cocoa butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Once that is melted add the cocoa powder and mix well. Stir in the stevia, it should be a little thick but if it isn’t don’t worry about it, it will still harden. Spoon into a mold (if you don’t have one use a muffin pan and line w/ muffin liners), after that put drops of cream in each chocolate, this is totally optional. Place in you freezer for 15-20 minutes until all the way hardened.

Enjoy!
