What are you going to need is just some household alumunium foil.

Preparing the Alumunium Foil

Now what you need to do is tear a sheet from you roll of alumunium foil and crumple it so that it form creases like this.

Taking the Photo

Now you need to take the alumunium foil in sunlight and make the setup like as shown in the picture.

Camera Settings- Switch your camera to aperture priority mode and choose the widest aperture available.

Now set your camera to manual focus. And set the highest focal length possible in your lens 70-80 mm is good enough. Now focus on your subject(in my case is a car) and press the shutter button.

If you do not have access to sunlight or want to do this at night just turn on your camera flash.

UPDATE- Just like i have used a book to keep my car on now what you can do is if you have a big mirror lying around use it instead of the book and it will give you a lot of bokeh everywhere with subject in between.
