Step 2: Drilling
take one CD and make 6 marks as to where you want the LED's to be placed. Take the drill and drill into said markings. Then, place the LED's/resistors though the holes and bend the positive and negative connectors flat against the CD.
Step 3
Step 3: wire all the positive ends of the LED's towards the center. Solder them all together (this should be in parallel)
The Negative ends of the LED's should also be wired in parallel. Using wire, tie them all together and solder them into place

Step 4
Now the wiring on the CD should be complete. drill a hole in the base of your PVC stand. Feed the wire through that hole out the top of the stand.
Step 5
Lastly, take the wires which were fed through the top of the stand and secure the negative end to the negative end on the wired CD. Secure the positive wire to the positive circuit on the CD. Solder them into place and your lamp should be complete!
