Locking Canvas Plier

Make a locking canvas plier to strech painting canvas and other fabrics.
Buy a Locking Plier

First buy a locking plier.
these can be found in any hardware store might also be called welding plier.
Modify

Cut four pices of 8 mm thick flat steel bar in roughly 4, 2 and 8 cm long parts.
Weld these to the locking plier in as the image shows.
Strech Canvas

Use the tab on the plier to lock it while holding the canvas.
Strech the canvas and release.
