Loaded Bread: Breakfast
Find out how to make bread stuffed with bacon, eggs, and ham - the simple way.
This. Is. Amazing. I loved making this and the taste is indescribable. It is EXTREMELY easy to make, yet it tastes like you put hours into it.
Ingredients & Prep/Cook-Times
Prep-Time: Around 15 minutes if you're speedy.
Cook-Time: Around 20 to 30 minutes if you cook everything separate, unlike me.
Total-Time: Around 45 minutes to an hour.
You will need:
-An average sized loaf of bread.
- Turkey(or normal) bacon. (I used 3 slices)
-Small amount of green onion.
-Cheese (I ended up using Velveeta slices)
- Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, the usual.)
- Eggs. (I used 3)
-Turkey breast (or ham)
- Soy Sauce
Carving the Bread
Choose one side to cut off, and then cut it and save the chunk of bread (you might eat it later!). Then move your knife back and forth from back to front in a circle.
Make sure not to cut through the crust and/or break through the other end.
Cutting and Cooking the Bacon
Dice the bacon(Stacking all three slices and cutting them all at one helps.) and then cook it :)
Make sure you stand about ten feet away from the pan and use your extremely large cutting board as a shield from the poppy-thingies.
Cooking the Eggs
Make scrambled eggs as normal, but then once they are almost done, add the turkey breast, or ham if you chose that, and cook it with the eggs. Add cheese. Once the cheese melts, then take the whole concoction out and onto the cutting board.
Put Everything Together and Stuff the Bread
Mix the bacon and onion and everything else while still on the cutting board. Then stuff the bread with a spoon. It looks so yummy and is very easy to make.
I hope you enjoyed this! Any suggestions you give that I choose to make will have a shout-out for the person who gave me the idea! <3
