In another bowl take All purpose flour, salt and oil/butter.
Make a dent in the middle and add the yeast mixture.

Now place the dough in a vessel with wet cloth covering the vessel.
Keep it for 45 minutes- 1 hour. By this time it would have become double the size.

Let it simmer for 2 minutes till slightly thick consistency.
Remove from heat.
How to Get the Heart?
Now place it on the work place and with the help of a rolling pin roll it flat. Do not press it hardly with the rolling pin.
Roll such that you get a desired length to cut widthwise that will form the heart.
With a knife cut the dough into strips width wise.
Heart Ready to Bake
Spread the chocolate layer over the strips made.
Now pinch at the middle of the strip. This is the tip of the heart.
Roll both the ends inside symmetrically.
Now you get the shape of the heart.
Egg Wash
Beat the egg and brush it over the hearts ready to be baked.
This will give a nice golden crust.
If you are a vegetarian you can use milk instead.
Bake
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
Bake the little hearts for 10-15 minutes.
The baking is done when a golden shade appears on the top of the hearts.
