Linguine Burrata

I made Linguine Burrata because it's my favorite dish. I eat Italian food all the time and it's my favorite kind of pasta to eat out or in.
Supplies
Olive oil, garlic cloves, crushed red pepper flakes, cherry tomatoes, sugar, salt, ground black pepper, Linguine, fresh basil, burrata, and parmesan. If you'd like to make bigger than one portion then double the amount you cook.
Olive Oil

With a large pan, non stick, pour 2 tbsp of olive oil and cook on medium heat. Once that's in you should add 4 minced garlic cloves with 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes for about 2 minutes, stirring well.
Tomatoes and Add Ins

Once the garlic is done cooking, add in 300g of cherry tomatoes. Add in a pinch of salt with a little bit of ground black pepper. Let the tomatoes cook until you start seeing some bursting in the pan.
Boiling Water

As you're cooking the tomatoes, boil water in a hot pot for the pasta.
Crushing Tomatoes

Break down the tomatoes gently in the pan with the back of a mixer/spoon until you form a sauce.
Pasta Cooking

Put the pasta into the boiling water.

Cook the pasta until it's all dente.

Add in 1/2 tsp of sugar into the tomatoes and mix around the pan.

Drain the pasta and save about a cup or less if it's needed to thin the sauce.

Add the pasta to the tomatoes and mix or toss to coat the pasta. After done, add the hot water if needed so.

Create a portion of the pasta then top with torn burrata, basil, and shredded parmesean. If needed, sprinkle a bit of crushed red pepper flakes and olive oil.
