Light a Candle Without Touching the Wick
This is a cool little experiment that can teach kids(and adults) how candles work
Light a larger candle and let it burn for a little while(about 2 minutes). Then blow out the flame and ignite the smoke. The flame will chase down the smoke and re-light the wick of the candle!
Watch my video to see it in action. I have actually gotten the flame to travel over a foot before. You have to do this where there is absolutely no draft.
