Start cutting a rectangle of cardboard, the bigger the cardboard is, the bigger the robot will be. After this, put the two yellow motors with a hot glue gun, one by each side, and install the yellow wheels on the motors.

Then you have to sold one cable for each motor and weld them again to the battery holder and for the negative and the other for the positive.

The next step you have to glue the stick with the glue gun, the stick has to be longer than the cardboard rectangle. It’s time for the small wheels, you mount them in the stick and with glue you cover the tip. Give some space for the wheels so they can spin freely.

Later you have to solder the buttons with the cables, the yellow cable to one of the two tabs of one motor and the blue one to the some tab of the other motor, with a black cable you connect the battery holder to one of the buttons and with another short strip of black cable you make a bridge that joins the same tab of the two buttons. Then solder the black cable to the tab of battery holder. The cables must go from each button to each motor, the left button with the left wheel and the same with the right.

You can use adhesive tape to keep the cables between them.

With the robot working, now you have to start with the structure, cut cardboard to do the cube, remember not to do the front wall because you will need the purple cellophane.

IMG_1031.jpeg

Glue it with the glue gun.

IMG_1030.jpeg

Now use the purple cellophane or the colour you’ll have and glue it only to the top. You can open the purple cellophane if you want to make change or sort out a problem.

With the head with a strip of cardboard you make the shape of the robot's glasses and glue it.

IMG_1049.jpeg

Make a column with the cardboard that is the size of the glasses and finally glue it with a small platform. You can make the eyes with another cellophane piece (optional).

Now connect the lights to two cables and use another battery holder.
