Leprechaun Treat Boxes

This is a quick project for the little leprechauns in your life. Fill with gold coins and other goodies for a fun and easy St. Patrick’s Day treat.

Supplies

Cardstock in orange, green, and face color, plus a small bit of pink

Googly eyes

Glue

Cricut die cutting machine

The treat box is created from two designs from Cricut Access - #M43D10 (leprechaun) and #M3A880 (box). Size the box to about 11.5 inches on the longest size. Isolate the face and hat from the leprechaun and size them to fit the box. Use the slice function to cut the features from the face, creating holes in the face.

Make the project, cutting the box from a 12x12 inch piece of orange cardstock. Fold the box along the score lines.

Glue or tape a small piece of pink paper behind the cheek, nose, and mouth holes.

Glue the face and hat to the front of the box. Add a pair of small googly eyes.
