To make mixed Beens put all of the ingredients for mixed Beens into a bowl and mix them together. You want about the same amount of each bean in the mixture. Then put it in some room temperature water to soak for 8-10 hours. After it has soaked rinse it in water a few times or it will start to smell bad. For this respire we are using 2 cups of the mixed Beans so if you made more then 2 cups you can refrigerate it for later.

Now you don't need to put all the ingredients in bowls like I did but you need to have the ingredients ready before you start cooking. First slice the onions and tomatoes into small chunks. Then you want to make a crushed garlic and ginger mixture. Then put all the ingredients to the side.

Start Cooking

Put the pressure cooker on the stove on medium high heat and wait for a few minutes for it to heat up. After waiting 5 minutes pour the oil into the pot along with the fenugreek and cumin seeds. When the seeds to start turning brown put in the onions and ginger-garlic paste.

Now after stirring for 2-3 more minutes add 2.5 cups of water and turn down the heat to medium low and close the pressure cooker. Now all you need to do is let the soup cook until the pressure cooker whistles 4 times. Then add 4 more cups of water and cook it until it boils. This is when you know it is done.
