Ingredients:
• Pulp from 3 lemons
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Heavy cream (35–38%) — 500 ml
• Sugar — 170–200 g
• Vanilla — ½ packet


Blend the lemon pulp and strain it.


In a saucepan, grate lemon zest, add cream, sugar, and vanilla. Heat until sugar dissolves.

Strain the mixture and stir in the lemon juice.

Pour into lemon halves (or serving cups) and chill for 3–4 hours.
